DR. MARLA G RICHARD is a Board-certified, Stanford-trained general and geriatric psychiatrist with a specialization in an integrated health paradigm using traditional psychopharmacology with interpersonal neurobiology practices and mindfulness.  Experienced manager/medical administrator including Chief of Member Services for Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Northern California.  Entrepreneur / Founder of Santa Fe Equestars, a therapeutic riding program with IRC 501(c)(3) status. Specializes in a variety of personality assessment measures including Certification in the Enneagram Personality Assessment as well as a Certified Birkman Consultant and has worked in a variety of settings with corporations, non-profit boards, Native American Tribes, individuals and groups to maximize their working relationships, communications and build on existing strengths.
